 Is it possible to take specific Flowers as a preventive measure?
 No. Bach Flowers are used to restore balance and harmony when they have been lost. When all is balanced there is nothing to restore; Bach Flowers have nothing to affect.
Rescue Remedy is the one exception to this rule.
